Volodymyr Groysman met major French companies present in Ukraine

On October 18th, The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Volodymyr Groysman met with representatives of major French companies in Ukraine. The parties discussed the problems the investors face in the country.

The news about the meeting was posted by the Prime Minister in the social media, and released by Press of Ukraine agency.

According to V.Groysman, it is important for him to know the challenges investors face in Ukraine. Therefore, he asked the representatives of French companies to discuss the problem freely. Since, despite all the promotions of the government, potential investors prefer to get the first advice from those who already have worked in Ukraine.

The Prime Minister was pleased with the result of the meeting. He thinks although there is still a lot of problems, but the Ukrainian government is on the way to solve them.

"We still have many problems left, and the investors keep on being on alert to some extent. On the other hand, all the problems that have been raised today, are already kept in our view. And today my interlocutors have stressed on the considerable progress reached for the last six months," - the head of the government said.

Groysman mentioned that he holds such meetings on a regular basis. This kind of a dialogue allows to solve important problems timely. He believes that such actions will lead the business sector in Ukraine to understanding that the government’s attitude towards this issue is being changing.

For information: The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Volodymyr Groysman,will hold a working visit to France on 27-28 October. He plans a series of negotiations with the French leaders and business representatives.
