     The project is to support a water supply and sanitation concession project in the city of Artemovsk with more than 100,000 inhabitants.

Project overview

     The project is designed to elaborate the feasibility study. Owing to this study, Artemovsk authorities were capable of attracting foreign investors to manage and develop Artemovsk water supply system.

Our missions

Egis was in charge of the following:

  • project management;
  • auditing the existing facilities (drinking water production and distribution; sewage and waste water treatment) and equipment;
  • preparing investment plan (15 years) for the rehabilitation of water and sewage systems;
  • proposing suitable financial conditions to attract private investment;
  • making recommendations regarding the future concession contract arrangements;
  • assisting the municipality of Artemovsk in launching and following up the invitation to tender.
